In my couples therapy we work on your communication as a couple. The language you use can often be misunderstood through the meaning behind your words. This can result in heated arguments and painful emotional reactions. By working on living and communicating your values, we lay the foundation for a healthy communication. This is the pillar to creating a respectful relationship.

What can you expect from couples therapy?
With couples therapy you will experience a regeneration with life and love of your relationship. You will feel emotionally connected with your partner and able to communicate with compassion.
Each session last for 75 minutes. The first 5 sessions are normally held once a week or fourthnightly. Thereafter every 2 - 3 weeks so you have space to work with exercises and other takeaways from each session. I experience that couples normally come to therapy for 10-15 sessions.
